How to Become a Member

Any person engaged in the management of a club at any level can apply for membership of the Institute.

There are 2 ways to become a member of CMI:

1/ Online - Just complete the Electronic Application Form here and hit 'Send'.

2/ Post or Fax - Just download the Printable Application Form here, complete and either post or fax to the Secretary.

An invoice for the Membership Subscription will be forwarded on receipt of the Application Form, if not already included with the application.

Payment can be made either by direct credit to the account shown on the Application Form or by Automatic Payment Authority .

Please note that membership activities and benefits cannot commence until the Membership Subscription is received.

The annual Membership Subscription is $175 (GST inclusive) or if paid monthly, $18 per month (GST inclusive) .
