Welcome to the website of the Club Management Institute of New Zealand, the professional development organisation for those involved in the management of clubs.
The Institute was founded in 2005 by a group of Chartered Club Managers who recognised the need for personal and professional development, to help them in their work and to provide chartered clubs in New Zealand with managers of the highest skill level.
Membership is voluntary and is open to all those "sympathetic towards the objects of the Institute and actively employed in a management role (senior or junior) in a club".
The issue of training for those involved in the management of clubs has never been more essential than in the current business climate.
